Michelle has a sincere willingness to understand, and an ability to take complex situations and find simple solutions, which are easy to action and fair to all those involved. These attributes initially drew Michelle to study and practice law. It was only after brief exposure to fiduciary, estates and family law during practice, that Michelle realised she was passionate about family relationships and succession planning. Seeing family relationships fail or being continually strained due to miscommunication, disorganisation and improper succession planning, made Michelle want to utilise her skills in the fiduciary industry to ensure stronger, united and forgiving family relationships. Anyone who knows Michelle will tell you that she flourishes in environments where there is chaos in need of old school, practical clean-up, back to basic thinking and a level head.
